This is a very common question that comes to our mind when we think about choosing our career. After all our teachers, senior family members can guide us .So why do we need career counsellors?

To answer this we can pause to think about these questions.......Can our teachers and family members guide us towards a career that best matches with our  personality? Do they know about my real strengths that can be best used in a particular career? What about my interests? Are the teachers and family members know about every interests of mine which can be a major point in choosing a career?

We all know it that it is impossible for any teacher to know the details of every student of her class or even the parents are also not equipped to know about every aspect of their child and it is particularly true whne it comes to the choiceof career.

As such we need a career counsellor  to assess  our personality, interests, values, skill and abilities  and match it with the best possible career options available in the market.  The career counsellor is particularly trained in this field and hence can be trusted with thier knowledge and expertise to guide us.

Let me ask you another Question, Why do you need a Teacher or Professor for Study, Why Do you need a Doctor when you are not well.

It it very important to know ourself well. In my career I have constantly try to figure out what do I want to do and what is suitable for me. Since secondary school time I have started to think hard on what I want to be in the future.

During University time I did a lot of reading and test to understand myself more. I wanted to be an entrepreneur. However I don’t know where to start and what industry I should go into. I have tried to start some small business in university time and I learned that passion is very important.

Knowing yourself and your passion by your self is a lengthy process. Either you learn by your experience, or learn by other's experience in short time.

Believe me that is very time consuming. It is very important to know your suitable path, with help of some experienced person who have seen that journey. Who have actaully worked in compnaies. Selection any stream, career or path and then look out for Career Change, Transition, dropouots are Really painful.

By paying a little amout so called career Counselling fees, you actually a get an exposure of their rich experience of Career Counselor. Is it not amazing.

You can actually shorten your journey, speedup your tacks, Clean up your doubts just becuase some one has seen it byself and many other. So there is no doubts  you should go for a Career Counselling who is expert and should not think much about.

Now The Major Question is When : I always suggest my clients to go for Career Counselling in last querter of 9th Standard or 1st Quester of 10th Standard. Why ? There is a Reason behing it. If you discover some of the option where you need to prepare for exams, be ready mentally, and financially, then you have time.

If you want to know more on how the Practical Career Counseling Works, You can Schedule a Call Back from My Office to Understand better.

So that no one comittes mistake as i did....

As a child I lived dream of my parents..without knowing my skill sets and abilities.. or even nothing more than one option in that field.

Now i realise if i would have got a career counselor during my childhood, and i have known my skills and abilities.. i would have suceeded much earlier.

NutShell....

A career couselor is that fellow, who can help you know your real skills, abilities and show a fair picture of what all one can do to lead a happy, sucessful life.

Career is not only about top listed vacancies - its about happiness, feel good and balanced life. Only a well trained career counselor can give you that.

A trained, experienced and holistic career counsellor is like a mirror who helps your reflect your occupational side. Schools test you on your academic subjects, however rarely do they provide an insight into your interests, values and beliefs. So a counsellor who is a trained psychologist and has extensive experience in the work industry (not just counselling) provides a very significant input that can be very helpful
